Imexco was created by three persons, all sharing the same passion – to bring quality and service to local entrepreneurs!

Thus in October 2002 Imexco started supplying tools and equipment to different sectors of the Mauritian economy. From a couple of tools & equipment and a handful of clients, one and half decade later Imexco is now a name fully recognised by professionals in the world of tooling and equipment.

Our product portfolio has amplified to a warehouse storing more than 20,000 different items, ranging from professional power tools, machineries, hand tools, accessories, instruments, PPEs, consumables, spare parts to various engineering equipment. You name it, we’ve got it! Our stock is being continuously monitored and renewed.

2017 marks our fifteen years of presence on the local market and over the years we are proud to have acquired a solid reputation for representing famous brands with quality products and service.

Whether at our sales counter or at our clients place, we have an experienced and enthusiastic sales team with several years of experience in their appropriate fields.

Our delivery team backs sales and their mission is to provide timely deliveries. The after sales service consists of an engineer and qualified technicians and our back office brings in all the support and synergy required for all the departments to work as one entity.

Our main asset remains our people, who are lead by our visionary group of Directors.

At Imexco, support does not stop at repairs and maintenance only. Our priority and aspiration is to reach the highest level of competency. Support is the backbone of our business!

Service Department

Our full-fledged Service Department focuses on three main activities:

  • Servicing & Repairs
  • Most of our equipment is covered with a one year warranty period, during which servicing and overhaul are proposed. Beyond the warranty period we recommend that equipment be serviced regularly for better utilisation & performance. At our workshop we try to minimise time of intervention for each repairs, as we realise that your equipment is at the core of your business. Repairs & servicing are carried out by our team of qualified technicians.

  • Site Visits & Technical Assistance
  • Site visits are effected by our trained teams to recommend the best solutions to suit the different needs of our customers.

  • Training for Operators
  • Having the right equipment is not good enough if you cannot optimise its use! We supply, install, commission and test equipment sold and offer training to operators.

Spare Parts Department

Our orders for equipment and parts are placed simultaneously. It is our obligation as distributor that the need for spares is always met. We keep in stock some 25,000 spares for equipment.

Delivery Section

Our delivery service is not only about delivering your orders, but upon request we also collect faulty equipment and deliver back once repairs are carried out.

Workshop Services

1. Turning & milling works / services is effected by our qualified technical operator;

2. Metal works / structures are also undertaken.
